Katie is a certified Consent Forward Artist, and a trained Intimacy Director for the Stage through IDC.  She has worked with professional productions and educational programs in the Kansas City Metro area as an Intimacy Professional since 2023. She has led workshops in Boundaries for Burlesque and Variety performers, as well as educational workshops around the KC Metro. She is also certified in Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health First Aid for the Entertainment Industry.  She has additional training in Bystander Intervention, Anti-Racism, Trauma-Informed Practices, DEI, Gender Identity, LGBTIA+ Advocacy, and De-Colonization for the Stage. ​
